message from the Elders received by Virginia Abel, on
Saturday, August 4, 2001 in regard to purifying our food:
Now then, Dear Ones, we
would speak to those of you who are gathering as the Masters to perform
this work, make these journeys, in this your land of Italy. Many of you
have answered this call and we are most pleased to be allowed to address
this assemblage. You have been called to walk on this land (Italy) as
Masters, in your own power, to perform this work and now we call you
forward to be in your mastery of your own physical vehicles, your
bodies. As Masters, surely you are realizing that you have the control
over your physical bodies, that which you have designed to be your
"tool" on this Earth plane. As with all tools, one must see to their
care and their upkeep. Now we call on you to be fully aware of the
vibrations of that which you ingest, feed, your bodies. The information
of that which is being called Mad Cow Disease is only one of those
things that you will be warned of. In truth, there are many other things
that will be brought to your awareness and attention, that you will be
told will be dangerous to ingest. This is but one. Have you not been
told of your pesticides and insecticides for a very long time and now it
is both plant life and animal life as well as your sea creatures. Soon
you may be afraid to put food into your mouths! We believe that it is
now time to remind you of your Mastery. Each of you has the ability,
whether or not you now remember, the ability to change the vibration of
the foods you eat making it a nourishment for your body. Some of you are
already doing this and to others who are not, we remind you of this
ability. It is more than honoring the food, blessing it, blessing that
which gave its life so that you may eat, thanking the heavens for the
sun, rain, etc. for these food to grow and the Mother Earth for her
part, the soil, etc. It is well to honor and be thankful for all that is
provided you under grace, but we now ask that you take this a step
further. Changing the vibrations of the foods to match
those of your own vibrations to the nourishment of your bodies. What
will that do, you say. Whatever you ingest that is tainted
with disease, the sickness or the taint of the chemicals, can be changed
so that it is now nourishment for the physical body. Know
this! It does not mean that you deliberately choose the foods so
tainted, but that you are not in fear of ingesting what is
provided for you and you have no other choices, there is nothing else
available. This is not being in fear, but walking in your own Mastery.
Each one of you is unique so the vibration is uniquely yours. Each one
who is aware, awake, being in his own mastery, taking
responsibility for his own creation, honors, gives thanks and brings
that which is provided into their own nourishment of their physical
body,- thus taking this further than giving thanks and honoring the
food. We present this "tool' to remind you that as Masters you know
this and many other tools at your disposal. May you walk in
the light, Dear Ones, of your own remembering.
We thank you for allowing
us to share our energies with you. Adonai... We are the Elders.
THE PROCESS: This was the
process shown to me. Rub the hands together to bring up the energy flow.
Hold your palms down, over the food. As the food is blessed and honored,
intend that the energy is flowing through your hands into the food and
that the vibration of the food is brought into harmony with your
vibrations for the nourishment of your body. Know that it is done!
It's that simple.

Intention
Ascension
What does it mean to ascend? When we
fell from consciousness, we were limited
in our view of the nature of our
existence. In the same way we limit
ourselves from becoming fully conscious
in our own lives. We beckon the guidance
of others to show us the way home,
without ever realizing the deep
knowledge we hold within to attain
spiritual enlightenment. What is
ascension then without a fall? In life,
we learn how to pick ourselves up after
a fall so as to show us the way to
mastership of our true spiritual nature.
As Buddha believed, all life is
suffering and the way out of suffering
is Liberation. One can attain Liberation
by abandoning delusions, the cause of
the delusions, and practicing the
opposite of the delusion- as in freeing
oneself from the mind. So, if we can
practice living from the heart, with
compassion and without judgments, we
will achieve enlightenment and true
freedom.

Intention
Living without Conditions
When we limit ourselves by conditions,
we are saying to the universe, "I am not
infinite. I am not capable of creating
what I want. I am not powerful." When we
learn that we are one with the universal
energy, we realize that all things are
possible. We reside in the Tao and the
Tao resides in us. Don't confuse
humility with shrinking from your own
power. It is right to have humility and
bend to The Way, yet it is right to hold
firm to your center, your core strength
to guide you. Living without conditions
implies a willingness to allow the
forces around you to lift you up, to
move you to about, to make you flexible,
to teach you wisdom, to teach you about
your own strength and grace. It means
honoring your own place in this world
without judging yourself or others. It
is about learning the meaning of
infinity.

Intention
Discovering the way of the soul
It is a time honored tradition of
preparing the soul for death. We make amends with those we have wronged, try to
live a pure, sin-free life, live up to our teachings of what will get us into
heaven. But what about preparing the soul for "life." Ancient teachings have
taught us the way of the heart and the law of karma. When we reap what we sow in
this lifetime, isn't that a way of teaching that there can be heaven on Earth?
It is up to us to find it by the way we live. When we pass judgment on others,
and take what is not ours, and lie, cheat and hoard, are we not creating our own
future conflict? Present examples show us the results of that, e.g. Bernie
Madoff. But if we commit ourselves to a path of less conflict, more
understanding, and generosity, our richness will be rewarded with more riches
and the heaven we seek can be right here on Earth.

beneficial and harmful states of mind. Once you can recognize the value of

from the effects of various afflictive and negative emotions and thoughts.
Such a state of true cessation is, according to Buddhism, a genuine Dharma

Intention
Knowing God
This being week 2 of the series of Knowing God, it is time to explore how you
experience God in your life. Many believe God to be a person, as we are created
in "His" image. Some believe God is an extraterrestrial being of greater
intelligence. Yet others see God as being all around us in every living thing.
It has been my experience that whatever your belief system, if you surrender to
the concept of God and ask for direction, you will be given a helping hand. How
that help comes is what we choose to see based on our perspective. It takes time
to hear the messages of God and quieting the mind makes that happen.

of the book, How to get to know God, take time this week to quiet the
chatter of your mind and open your mind to the possibility that God may be
speaking to you through many circumstances- good or bad. Every experience is
an opportunity for growth. Take a time-out to "Listen" to what is being
offered.

Intention
Knowing God
I had an interesting conversation with a family member last night that sparked
this topic. There are still so many people who have no belief in God or no
connection to the God they grew up learning about in church. So the question is,
"How do you define God or a higher power?"
This question prompted me to open a book I had on the shelf for the last 16
years but had only glimpsed at. Its title is "How to get to know God." Because
of this, I am going to propose each of the 12 ways this book recounts as a topic
for the next 12 weeks on our discussion group on facebook. If you have not yet
joined, please find us and request to join the group so you can be a part of the
discussion.
For today, I am going to open the conversation about God with my belief. I
Believe that "God" is the potential power to create within all of us. It is the
source of our life force and power from which we draw our energy. Being this
force that breathes life into all causes us to all be connected and treated
equally. What other way can we all be connected and equal if not by a sense of
acceptance (unconditional love)? Hence- God is Love.

Intention
Living in Harmony
Message from Jesua
Now is the time to prepare yourself
for the rest of time. There is much to learn about the nature of time and what
we call "EOS" in the heavens. There truly isn't time to teach you everything you
wish to know, but there will be a chance to ascend with truth to be given the
chance to soar. Gone are the times of waiting. Your mastery is at hand. Learn
the best you can about yourself and your true nature. Where you are headed is
not relevant. What is relevant is the ability to see your truth and to discover
parts of yourself that are not in harmony- within yourself, within nature and
with your fellow man. Leave behind your negative attitudes and behaviors that
are not in line with your spirit self and the good of humanity. The great push
is to recognize your Oneness with each other and your Oneness with the I Am
presence. You must leave your old world beliefs behind to Ascend to the next
level of vibration and to shift the vibration of the Earth the necessary 51%
needed to create Peace. Haste not, lest you be left behind to fight the perils
of all time. Worry not about your neighbors growth. All will have equal
opportunity to be called forth. Go in Peace.

Intention
Prepare your self
The time has come
to prepare yourself for a great shift on the Earth. The reign of terror draws to
a close with death and destruction of the wicked regimes. We will be asked to
come forward with offerings, gestures, handmade items, and coats and blankets
for the homeless to support our fellow man. Take it upon yourself to be of
service and cleanse your soul of all hatred, disgust, and turmoil surrounding
your faith in your fellow man, for it is not he who is important. Find your
connection to God, your Source, your higher power, and derive your power from
that. Only you can make the change within you.

Intention
Righteousness
Be wary of ones
coming forward and saying, "I know best." Many have claimed righteousness who
have not been given the right. We must know for ourselves that which is the
truth. Our Divine guidance flows into our hearts and minds when we open
ourselves to the power. We are all vehicles for the truth, receiving that which
is pertinent to our personal circumstances. Many of us are already in the light
and are paving the way for the whole of society to follow suit. When you are
ready to listen, your truth will flow. Stop for a minute and take a few breaths
when someone tries to tell you "the way." You will know instinctively that which
is right. If it is not, you will not "feel" right. You will feel something is
amiss, even if you cannot put your finger on it. Take for example, the fortune
telling scam in Florida just investigated for taking money from people for
advice that they were told they must heed or bad things will happen. This serves
to show that no man has your best interests at heart; you must trust in your own
Divine guidance to lead your way.
Reflection
Reflect on
times in which you have gone against your "good sense" or took someone
else's advice when it didn't "feel right." Use those experiences as stepping
stones to understanding your ability to "know" for yourself what is right.
Start today to make appropriate choices by "listening" to your intuition and
"hearing" what others have to say.

Intention
You are
expansive, just like the universe
Scientists have
theorized the origin of our universe as far back as time is recorded. It has
been stated that the universe started with a Big Bang, that is goes through
Oscillation- contracting and expanding, and that it is ever expanding. The
Oscillating Model eliminates the need for an absolute beginning of the universe,
but has been defeated by several laboratories stating that "the universe would
have to be dense enough to generate sufficient gravity that would eventually
slow its expansion to a halt and then, with increasing rapidity, contract it
into a big crunch." 1 But estimates have indicated that it is far
below sufficient density to contract. Instead, scientists discovered the
reverse, that the universe is continually expanding.
What does this
mean to you and I? If we consider ourselves matter made of energy that is like
the energy that comprises the universe, then we must make the assumption that we
ourselves are continually expanding. We cannot discount the fact that our
ability to grow technologically is a factor of our ability to learn and expand
our minds. We cannot ignore the reality that our bodies are continuously
evolving and changing over time to accommodate changes in our environment. We
have pushed our children to be smarter and faster than we were and thereby have
set the standards higher for achievement at an earlier age. Why, then, is it so
impossible to believe that our spirits too are expanding and that our vibrations
can travel out further than we ever thought possible. If this is true, then we
must accept the fact that our minds have great power and our souls have great
potential and then learn to harness that power to create whatever it is we
really want.

Intention
Energy is only
borrowed
If all matter is
neither created nor destroyed, then where does "life" come from.
This message
serves to teach that all life is energy that is merely 'borrowed.' We are not
finite- meaning having a complete end. Our life is given and then received back
by the universe and transformed into something else. Where else would the
universe gather the resources to create more life? The energy must be recycled.
It is for our own good- the good of our planet and life as we know it.
As a being made
of energy- positive and negative ions colliding and forming a physical
structure, you have the unique ability to transform yourself as the universal
life force energy transforms death into life. Your innate ability to have
potential to be whatever you want is reflected in the choices you make. You have
the same power as any other life form on Earth; you just have to believe it. As
you breathe in and out, so your energy field breathes in and out positive and
negative vibrations. More energy can be borrowed at any given time in exchange
for another type of energy. So, for example, when you release your toxic, wasted
energy as in sickness and become well again, you are a vessel for new, fresh
energy to occupy its space. It is the same for expelling toxic emotions or toxic
people in your life. When you expel the bad, consciously, you make room for new
positive vibrations or people to move into your life.
So on this day,
it is important to remember that when souls pass on to a new place, they are
giving up their energy to create something new. We are at a time of great
transformation on this planet and the souls being offered are making room for
new positive vibrations to move in. Don't think of ones as being lost; they are
just being replaced and moving on to a new form. Take comfort in knowing you
will never be destroyed, just transformed.

Intention
Fear not! The
mighty and just will prevail
In all of
history, we will find years of struggle, persecution and disaster. Our challenge
is always the same, find faith in the face of trial. When there is no one to
turn to, where do you seek comfort? History has shown us that as far back as the
earliest recordings on Earth there has been trials, rebellions and a need for
balance of power. If we believe that peace is the way the world should be on a
mass consciousness level, then the balance of power could swing that way. We are
not alone in our testament to truth and justice. Those who has come before us
wish this for our race as well. We can lean on these Ascended Masters for
guidance and support when needed and it will be provided. If all of humanity
could see, feel and experience this great power among them, the vibration on the
Earth could change and the world would shift to a more peaceful place, with the
wisdom of the ages at their feet. Unconditional love and acceptance would then
activate the Christ Consciousness grid around the Earth and fear would no longer
be of service.

Intention
Sending
strength to the victims of the tornados and honoring our fallen soldiers
This week, take a
minute to visualize yourself in the wake of the tornados in the central US. Just
imagine you were standing in front of your home observing the destruction and
trying to pick up the pieces. Does that make you feel compassion? Does that make
you appreciate the little things you do have? Find time to send courage and
strength to those people or find another way to help.
As a tribute for
Memorial Day, fly your flag and show your support for all or our fallen heroes
who died for our freedom and quality of life. Thank any current military on the
street for their service when you see them.

Send strength
and compassion to the victims of the flooding along the Mississippi
Sit in quiet
meditation and visualize the devastation that has ravaged the towns along the
Mississippi. Imagine you are a victim and what that feels like. Try to feel what
they are feeling and send love and compassion to them. Imagine that you were in
their position in your own life and how prepared you would have to be for a
natural disaster to strike your home. Send them the energy of strength, courage
and cooperation. Then make a disaster readiness plan for yourself.

Intention
Honoring Your
Soul
It is necessary
to set aside at least one hour a week to honor your soul. This includes prayer,
meditation, learning, doing good works for others, or sitting in compassion.
Every time you do these things you are elevating your soul to new levels of
power. You are creating strength within yourself and affirming your beliefs.
Taking that time also proves to yourself how powerful you are that you can carve
out an hour a week to do this. It shows you that you really are 'in control.'
You are the master of your daily life. This will help you own your power so that
you know what you are capable of.
Meditation/Reflection
Sit in quiet
meditation or prayer at least once a week and you will see how much stronger
you feel and you will know that power that you hold within. Take classes
that help you expand your knowledge of spiritual things and notice how much
more powerful you become. You hold inside the gift of enlightenment- open
the door, and walk through.

Intention
Speaking Your
Truth
It is every
beings' human right to stand up for what they believe-real or imagined- and not
be persecuted for it. Some like to hold themselves judge and jury for what is
right, but that only denies one's freedom of choice. There is a grave
misconception about who is right and just and who should stand in justice. My
kingdom has many rooms for which there will be plenty for all who believe in the
power within themselves. To reach the Kingdom, one must have his hand
outstretched to God and say, "I believe" and all will be granted unto him. One
must reach inside himself and draw out the truth that he has been born with and
only then will he be counted among the many who have found the Way. There are
many paths to which one may take to the highest state of being. One must find
the one that speaks to him and live it to the depths of his soul. Only then will
he be granted enlightenment and the light of pure wisdom- a state of being only
found among the highest of vibrations. One determined to seek these levels will
see the face of God and will no longer suffer or perish. He will be granted
access to the Kingdom among many before him who have suffered and died as for
their cause. Let this be a message to all who wish to hear- that one day they
will join me at the gates of their forefathers where they will reign for
eternity. So be it. -Jesua.
